- Score 80% or higher on each completed exam.
- Take your official certification exam within 30 days of your last practice attempt.
- Provide official proof of exam failure, such as your exam result report.
- Submit your refund request within 7 days of receiving your official result.

Eligible learners will receive a 100% refund for the specific Exam Mode Plan purchased directly from PaidEffort.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.
