• Score 80% or higher on each completed exam.
• Take your official certification exam within 30 days of your last practice attempt.
• Provide official proof of exam failure, such as your exam result report.
• Submit your refund request within 7 days of receiving your official result.

Refund

Eligible learners will receive a 100% refund for the specific Exam Mode Plan purchased directly from PaidEffort.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.

How to Claim

Submit your refund request by opening a support ticket at paideffort.com/support. Attach your official exam result showing the failed attempt, along with your PaidEffort account email and payment confirmation.

This Pass Guarantee applies only to Exam Mode Plans. Study Mode Plans and free topic-based exams are not eligible.
